I have a passion for new technologies.
My motivation is interacting with other people.
As an engineer, I am used to thinking in terms of processes.
Missing links catch my eye.
I see a problem and perceive an opportunity.

3D printing is changing the world.
I have been working as a Strategic Adviser EMEA for the global market leader Stratasys for more than three years. Every day I gain not only insight into this technology of the future but also unique experience regarding the application, benefits, challenges and unforeseeable opportunities offered by it. Apart from all this, 3D printing is a key technology of Industry 4.0 and the "Internet of Things".
Based on my experience, I am familiar not only with technological developments but I am also aware of the challenges that need to be mastered by companies and employees.
Many different industries ranging from the aerospace industry to high-tech companies to manufacturers of prototypes as well as associations offering professional further education programs such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce already are using this innovative technology. Companies like Adidas, Airbus, Trumpf, Siemens and many more are some of the most prominent pioneers.
My services
Expert knowledge, deep insight into development and applications.
Memberships 3D printing
Membership in working groups of the most important associations and organizations promoting the development of the technology helps me stay up-to-date. I am a member of Mobility goes Additive for the global market leader Stratasys, helped establish a certified 3D printing training course for the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce/Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK/IHK), and I teach webinars for DIHK.
Transfer of knowledge
I pass on my experience and knowledge in lectures, training courses and workshops.
In my position as a neutral consultant, I provide objective information about the following topics.
Finding optimal cooperation partners
In addition to handling the technology optimally, the mindset in companies has to be changed, fears have to be assuaged. Digital natives and digital immigrants – you will find both groups among your employees, and I can offer many years of experience in different kinds of change-management consulting.
Are you on the way to the smart factory?
Digitally networked systems, self-organising production, cooperation between computer programmes, machines, plants, humans, products, customers as well as efficient processes and communication via “sensors”. These are the challenges that need to be addressed in today’s eventful times.
What consequences should we expect as a result of the fast-paced spread of digital technologies? Intelligent, self-organising production systems in your company? Where should one begin? How does one deal with it? How does one deal with disruptive innovations?

Network of shapers
I have been cultivating my network intensively and regularly for more than 30 years. It began while I was studying in Stuttgart and at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, grew continuously during my professional life by adding highly interesting persons who I met and learned to appreciate, for example through my membership in such organisations as the American Chamber of Commerce or around the world.
I establish contacts and bring together the right people. Several times a year, I organise extraordinary events for the INSEAD Alumni Network in southern Germany.
